pianist/teacher

Mrs Moon was a pianist and a teacher. She was originally from Malaysia but taught at my school in London. Whenever you would see her ,she was hugging another person or even you, no matter how sad or angry  she felt. 

In July 2016, she was diagnosed with cancer. All the teachers said she was going to be okay ; I knew she was getting worse. After spending time in a hospital, she moved into a hospice which wasn't a good thing.

Our school decide to create  books of prayers and drawings of Japanese cherry blossoms,to send to her. She displayed them all around  her room, which always put a smile on her face.

Sadly she passed away , surrounded by loved ones. At school  we decided ton have a memorial service where all were allowed to rejoice, remembering her fun spirits.

On May 2nd 2018, we performed a concert where our old and new music teachers helped us organise an amazing evening . Some performed in groups, solos, duets or even their own song/rap. Her legacy will stay in our hearts and our careers.
